The Chameleon Adventure Academy is a company that was created by individuals that have a keen interest in the Outdoors which led to a passion for Adventure Based Experiential Learning (A.B.E.L) (Learning by doing). We have been practising in this field for over six years and are one of the original companies who started experimenting with the concept of Experiential Learning and its power to facilitate change in individuals. That is where the name Chameleon originates. The ability to change.

We specialise in Experiential Learning programmes for Corporate, Youth and School groups. These novel programmes can have a huge effect on the human resource component of your organisation

Herman Uys is the force behind Chameleon Adventures and has years of practical experience when it comes to Experiential Learning in Business and Youth Development. Herman has kept up to date with the ever changing technology internationally by attending Conferences and by building partnerships with Experiential Learning organisations overseas. Through recent visits we have been able to come across specific models on which our programmes are based.

We are constantly busy developing our curriculum’s with new activities or upgrading the current one’s so that we are able to use them as perfect metaphors for theoretical transfer in our educational, developmental or therapeutic programmes.
